The My Citizen app simplifies the ownership experience of Citizen watches. With just a few taps, you can easily identify your watch and access essential information such as setting instructions, warranty activation, and proof of purchase.

Please note that the identification of models manufactured prior to 2005 or outside of the United States may have limited availability within the My Citizen App. However, we are continuously working on expanding our database to include more models for your convenience.
